legality/private modeling?

Met a guy on Adam4Adam. He has a nice build so I asked him if he would be interested in modeling underware for me. I made it perfectly clear in every contact with him that this was not an offer of or for prostituion and that nothing was inplied or infered. We agreed to a price and he gave me his address,which i googled. We spoke on the phone and he wanted to know if he would get paid first(red flag?). I told him no. He then asked if he could at least see the money first. I told him that would be accecptable. We are supposed to meet in a public place first tomorrow evening then go to his place. Did I break the law by asking him over the internet for private modeling? Would this be considered solicitation? If he is undercover will I be charged with something just by meeting him at the public place? Ideas appreciated.

doesn't sound bad to me....don't mention sex and money in the same sentence (if it even comes to that)....be friendly and courteous.....meeting in public at first is very good....

Private modeling of underwear is not illegal. Reading between the lines, I assume you intend that it will lead to payment for sex, and are concerned about the police. I think it very unlikely that a policeman working a sting would agree to mere modeling. To prove a crime, he needed to get you to agree to pay for sex and he would not waste much time taling about modeling.

I have been advertising on Craigslist and AOL for years now looking for young men to pose stripping nude from a suit n tie.I have never had a problem with law enforcement as I am not doing anything illegal.I offer 2 fees.The higher fee is if they give me a cum shot during the shoot.

Several men have made it clear that they are straight but very openminded and what could they do to make more.I ususally offer a few more bucks if they allow me to undress them as I take my pics but I never discuss sex.If they press the issue I tell them we will talk in person.

I have never had a guy ask for the money upfront.I never display it either.

it could be argued in court that your extra fee for a cumshot is soliciting prostitution...."money for something sexual".....even tho no sex is occurring between two people.....just saying.....take care of yourself......

It's not as easy as it sounds but when everything falls in place it's very hot.On AOL i use a screen name and create a chatroom in one of the various categories like Town Square or Mature Interests.I have a profile detailing what I am looking for.I never IM or email anyone.They must contact me.

On Craigs I use the Adult Gigs section.I also use casual encounters section but ads can get flagged and they do on occasion.When placing the ad I do not check m4m or any category but I make sure that I say I am male in the ad..

Ok,the ad is placed and now the fun begins.I love the hunt.It's a major turn on to me.All those nights hunting at Rounds were such a blast to me.

I get anywhere from 5 -20 responses when placing an ad.Most responders don't come close to what I want,some live too far,some think they are the hottest guy on Earth and straight and demand alot of money(those guys tend to not be all that hotlooking but I restrain myself from emailing a nasty comment).

So it's alot of work but it's my hobby.Some people collect stamps I collect naked men.I'm very picky and don't hire alot of guys but the ones I have are quality.

Once I've selected someone I make arrangements where and when to meet.I give them my cell number to call when they arrive and I go out to meet them in the parking lot.I meet them first because I have been very disappointed at times in the past.

One guy showed up and he was at least 40 pounds heavier than his pics.Another looked very emaciated.Others have shown up looking like they stopped at a thrift shop for clothes to wear for shoot.They were all sent away.

Once a guy is in room I ask him to switch his underwear to a brand new pair of white briefs that I provide.This way I also get to make sure he has not shaved pubes as per my ads.I prefer my guys hairy and not well endowed.I video the shoot with a digital camcorder.

It's amazing what guys will do when they need cash.I promise them that I will never sell,share or post their pics and video.They accept this and I keep my promise.
