Do you find that longer session clients (1.5+ hrs) are typically more hygienically prepared than one hour (or less) clients for the services being requested? Maybe share some insight as to the most common hygiene problem you encounter (mouth, bottom, odor, STD indication)? Are local or traveling clients more likely to be of concern?

I think so, yes...Most of the overnight and multi-hour guys usually prepare beforehand.

 

I cant say much between local and traveling, it doesn't seem relevant. Well...then again depends on where you live. I've heard some stories about other countries

 

Recently I posted a 1st day of summer thread with instructions on using douche. Its natural, and not a bad thing...but by using it, makes for a more pleasant experience. Of course everyone makes mistakes along the way, but practice makes perfect.

Interesting post. I also have found that longer session clients are prepared almost all the time, while it happens sometimes that guys who hire others for just an hour would like to just "get off" so they are not always as prepared as others who hire escorts for longer period of time. I take personal hygiene seriously and it is great to see that most of my clients do too. I have to say that being an escort in Las Vegas is a special case regarding to your "local/visitor" question because nobody is really local here and Vegas escorts clientele is 95% of visitors. So I think that question does not really apply to Las Vegas. I fully agree with JoeyBryant who said that maybe people should use a douche more frequently/properly because that always provides a better sexual experience for both parties!

I have not yet noticed any specific correlation between hygiene and the length of the appointments. I haven't either found any correlation with nationality, age, background, etc.

 

What I have noticed is that men who are barely starting to have sex with men or even men who have had sex with men only but are totally in the closet tend to know a lot less about the specific ways to prepare for sexual activity.

 

My experience is that the more comfortable a person is with their sexuality, the better prepared this person tends to be.

 

I would add something: I disagree with Anton a little. Even if I would not recommend you to be concerned with anything, in the sense of being worried, I do advise you to pay a lot of attention to your personal hygiene when you are about to have sexual contact. Think about all the possible things your partner may do to your body, and make sure that all the pertinent parts are clean, washed, carefully rinsed and dried.

 

A client of mine who was coming out to himself when we started meeting told me how it never occurred to him to shampoo his pubes, till one day he went down on a guy and couldn't get past the smell of stale carpet/urine/cum/sweat in the guy's pubis. That was an eye opener for him, and now he energetically shampoos, soaps, trims, rinses and prepares whatever areas his lover may be in touch with.

 

Lastly, when you are about to have a good fuck, ask a friend how your breath is. Most of the time we are unable to determine that on ourselves. Listen without getting offended and act accordingly. And if once you are with your partner he suggests washing, showering, retouching the douche, brushing your teeth, anything, really, remember that this is just being done to have a better time together.

 

A happy partner always gives a better fuck.
