It can be hard on the knees

 

Last time I was forced to do that it was fortunately in a hotel room and not on 7th Avenue outside of the hotel at which I was staying...

 

I got rug burn on one of my knees that drove me crazy for about a week... I notice that this guy is wearing what looks like leather knee pads... I'll have to check those out next time I visit the Leatherman in NYC.

 

Somehow the other lingering effects such as the singing nipples, cherry red butt, and crimson lined lats and pecs were no bother at all… and actually put a smile on my face...

It would make quite a novel... but I believe a certain Stephen Crane beat me... no pun intended ... to it!

 

Now as for a novel that would make the best seller list, how about the story of a seemingly certain ordinary and simple Roman who after experiencing an epiphany was able to acquire the whole Roman Empire for himself... all of it!
