What a bazaar poll.

I happen to be in Oregon (ranked # 2) and in my humble opinion Oregonians are not great drivers at all, and Washington driver are even worse (we have thousands of Washington commuters in Portland every day). Our problem is that people here (and in Washington) deal with less traffic and density and so why do you need to obey those pesky rules......and when it rains heavy or snows then everything goes to hell or just grinds to a halt.

Driving tests vary from state to state. I wonder if the tests in, say, Kansas are easier than those in Illinois and California. Although I scored 100% on my California test, I found many of the questions and answers to be oddly worded. Likewise in Illinois, where I lived prior to CA.
