This is a bit off topic but this comment is one of the reasons I tend to shy away from doing IN visits to an escort (although it is financially a better choice as I do not have to also incur the fee for an hotel room).

I have visited working guys a number of times -- some, the experience was horriific, with the smell of an (evident) pet all over the place, bathroom that had not been clean for some time, dirty (and still damp and smelly) towels on the rack for me to use, and the bedroom? Geez awful. My skin picked up the smell from the spread.

Worse was the time I visited a guy while his ex was there -- and while I was in the bedroom, they kept having an argument in the kitchen (I was there for a massage+ and every 10 or 15 minutes the guy would go out to the kitchen for another 5-minute argument with his friend)... AWKWARD!!!

Only one guy in NYC ever had a great and welcoming place, Yan a massahe therapist down in the Village. His apartment was sparkling clean (tho very old), room termerature perfect, bathroom always clean, and always with fresh towels. He was/is a gem. Too bad there are so few like him around.

in-calls

I've had some great in-calls in NYC with escorts in their homes. It's all luck of the draw. One of the classiest of all is Mike Grey. What a pad!! He claims credit for designing the bathroom, which is an architectural wonder, and he keeps the entire place immaculate. I've also done an in-call with Tom Isern, a serious student with a long hallway lined with full bookshelves and a small but cozy apartment. (Actually, he told me he was moving to a larger apartment in the same building.) It's true that I've also encountered some messy places and less than ideal circumstances. I'd say this is something to talk about during the phone call before the visit.
