Kenneth Ng made the news- the New York Daily News, and that caused his blog, bigbabykenny.com to shut its doors. It appear that Ng wrote the blog to discuss in detail life in the girl bars of Bangkok. But when he crossed certain bar owners, they fought back. When threats did no good, they wrote to his employer, California State University-Northridge to complain. The university responded that Ng was exercising free speech independent of his job as a professor at the university, but none the less, Ng felt he could no longer continue the blog once outed.
