Thursday's review of "Hiro"

It is unusual to see a review of an escort in Tokyo, a city where I lived for many years. Obviously the escort scene has expanded in the years since I left, but I was bothered by the review of the Japanese escort today. He lists himself at Hiro on Rentboy, but the reviewer refers to him once as Hiru and then for much of the review as Tetsu. What gives here?
