Greg I thought of you tonight, I was reading an article how Starbucks have opened up a upscale coffee house in Capital Hill section called Roy Street Coffee and Tea. It sounded like an interesting niche they are trying to carve out once again. I wondered if you have had a chance to check it out?

I actually live just a few blocks from this location. While Starbucks was doing the switch over it was very hush hush on what was going on. No details were released and many in the neighborhood thought that Starbucks was packing up their bags and leaving. I have not been in this new concept and probably never will. To me it's like that pig and lipstick saying. The shop is still brewing up subpar beans just under a different name. There are 3 good shops within walking distance from my apartment and day job so there is no reason to stop into a Starbucks.
