No experience with this guy, but his screen name certainly cracks me up... He says he is from London, but I would hazard a guess that he must have some sort of Italian background...

 

Can I assume you think he has an Italian background from the word "cazzo" or was it his looks? If "cazzo" is an actual word, would you please define it for us?

Cazzo is also listed as a negative, pejorative, slang word for "dick".....perhaps he is pointing out one of his better attributes....or he's a dick-head...could be either

 

BINGO! Though it is usually translated as "Shit" or some other explative... as it is often used in such a context. However, it also is used the same way we would use the endearing term "dickhead"... It is especially effective when used in Southern Italian dialect form when individuals are referred to as o caz' .

I don't care about the origin or the meaning of his name, but I do care about what he would render for the fee that he (as well as numerous others) is asking.

 

I could overdose on almost all of his body, for he is so "friggin," "friggin" hot! "The 'boy' has it goin' on!" He's "sizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzlin!!!!!"

I think this profile is the latest iteration of Guccissimo, who usually puts out about three profiles all at once, probably to cast a wider net for customers. He seems to have retired his "Diego, In NY for a short time" profile and added this one.

 

The irony is that if Guccissimo used his own pics, he is a hot guy (assuming the face pics I saw of him were him - but it was definitely the same body as some of his pics - I recognized some of his unique anatomical features). He just likes to use fake pics a lot, which is off-putting.

I saw Marco about 10 days ago while in Manhattan. I've already submitted a positive review.

Except that his hair is longer than his photos, I'd say those pics are indeed of him himself. And I do recommend him.

All is possible, but the face of this escort seems to me boyish the face of g. I remember is not. Both cause palpitations.

Marco is really fine

 

I had an hour session with Marco yesterday. The rentboy pic and the pic on his Daddy's review (listed under Cazzo Marco) may not be his own pic, but I found him to be a handsome Italian man in his 20s, trim, defined body, slight beard (if that's a deal breaker, so be it), and a very enthusiastic and proficient top, but not a kisser. Italian native, now London-based, with a charming combined accent to match. I submitted a review just now. For some reason, his rentboy ad, which was up yesterday, is not up today.

Cazzo Marco=Guccissimo in NYC

 

I met Guccissimo on a recent trip and he was definitely using someone else's pics. I agree that pics of his real body would have been just as effective an advertisement. Unfortunately since I didn't like his real body quite as much as the pics--and was turned off by the deceit from the start--the session wasn't really very satisfying.

 

After reading le *****'s suspicion below, I decided to do some investigating. I discovered that Cazzo Marco and Guccissimo are indeed the same person, each giving me the same address for meeting, responding to emails and texts in the same style. Disappointing considering Cazzo Marco had responded to a Wanted List request I'd put up on m4rn and I was really hoping he was someone other than Guccissimo.
