If soap storylines still work the way they did when I was a kid, just hang in there. Eventually everybody winds up in bed with everybody else's significant other.

What was the gay storyline and how did it involve them? I didn't know there was a gay storyline on that soap.

Sorry, you misunderstood my post. I said I WISHED they (one or all of them) were included in the gay storyline. Alas, none of those 4 are included.

The current gay storyline concerns a doctor (played by Brett Claywell, a straight actor ... on the left below) and a detective (played by Scott Evans, openly gay brother of hunky actor Chris Evans of 'Fantastic Four' and 'Push' fame ... on the right below).

The storyline started with them having dated in college ... now meeting again with the detective having difficulty accepting his sexuality ... then coming out to his parents ... now in a relationship. Of course, this being a soap opera, all kinds of twists and turns persue.

Although the four I mentioned in the original post are not really a part of the gay storyline, there was one scene that got my attention. It started with "Ford" (played by David Gregory) trying to loosen up; when his roommate (the detective) "Oliver" came into the room, Ford asked Oliver to stretch/crack his back. Oliver reluctantly agreed (though I would have jumped at the opportunity), and as he was doing so his new boyfriend "Kyle" (the doc) walked in. It was a rather benign scene, but it made me chuckle. I know I would have been jealous with a capital J!

Sorry, I can't see the name Chris Evans without a brief hijack to post some of his most delicious pictures.
