A fascinating blog

A friend tipped me to a blog, now five years old, by a closeted professional baseball player. He established the blog, he said in his first entry, to have some place to vent his feelings and share his experiences as he navigates his way through the world of professional sports. He has attracted a fair number of fans who send him pics of themselves for posting on the blog, and he likes to explore the internet, collecting pics of hot guys to post. Some of the commenters on his blog question whether he is really who he says he is - a 20-something jock who has played mainly in the minor leagues with some brief major league experience who is still struggling to stick somewhere in the majors, and who is convinced that being "out" in that context would be a career-ending move. Others, baseball fanatics who carefully track the news about hot young prospects, injuries and returns, etc., are convinced they have figured out who he is, which he has confirmed privately to them. So far, his cover has not been blown. His postings are sporadic, sometimes only once in a month, sometimes with a gap of a few months, and then there may be a burst of postings, sometimes including well-written stories about his sexual adventures.
