Robert Hintze, founder of BeautifulPeople.com. "Letting fatties roam the site is a direct threat to our business model and the very concept for which BeautifulPeople.com was founded."

LOL - can people get much more shallow? Wait I already know the answer.

IMHO anyone who wants to be a member of BeautifulPeople is the diabolically opposite to my definition of beautiful.

As awful as this may sound, I don't see anything wrong with what they did. The site's whole existence revolves around looks (after all, you have to be voted beautiful within 48 hours of joining by so many people to be allowed to stay) and this is made very clear. If you no longer meet their criteria, you wouldn't find matches anyways... so might as well be told goodbye. Those who have been kicked off for being fat are just as shallow as their counterparts. How many people did they vote against being on the site for having flaws ?

It would be similar to Hooter's firing a female who gained a lot of weight and no longer looked good in their uniform. How many clients would never hire their favorite escort or masseur ever again if they became fat?

That's exactly what I was thinking. I can't speak for anyone else, but the guys I hire obviously spend a lot of time on their bodies. Yes, they need to be a lot more than a body, but the body counts. I guess that makes me shallow. Oh well, shallow and happy I can live with.

What I want to know is how the site knew about the weight gain. Is there a policy for monthly pictures with a time stamp on it? Maybe they have a post-holiday fat patrol.

If those people are so good looking why would they even have to join some dating site? they should just stand out in the street and wait for the stampede thats what i do j/k

I'm amused at this time of year, when the gym becomes inundated with new members sticking to their New Years resolutions lol.

Its like, is there a bulb that goes off on January 1st that makes everyone want to run to the gym lol?
