The main site will vary by region. Some of these have already been listed, but:

 

manhunt.net - Don't expect to use it unless you're willing to pay for a membership. The site is very much focused on hooking up. Email system, primarily...they do have a javachat application for IM conversations, as well. Escort advertising is not allowed.

 

adam4adam.com - Completely free. There are, however, paid accounts for escorts and other professionals. Email system. Used to only allow 3 images now they allow 5.

 

gay.com Free or supported. Paid membership allows you to see "x rated" pics and more than just the default profile pic. It's a chatroom system with private messaging. Only 100 generally allowed per room. Escort advertising is not allowed, but many still solicit within chat.

 

dudesnude.com Email system primarily thought they also have a chat system. Free or paid. In my opinion, the functionality of this site is the best (with such things as giving you statistics on how many times each one of your pics were viewed in a week). The only issue is that you'll tend to get a lot more national/international attention than just local. Escort advertising is not allowed.
