Hi guys,

I was wondering what the deal is with reviews on M4RN. I submitted a brief review a couple of days ago on an escort primarily to indicate that the guy was a no-show. I happened to look out there this morning to find out that the review had been removed and the escort's rating was restored to "4 stars". Do escorts have the ability to remove reviews submitted on them on M4RN? Thanks.

Of the escort sites that are available, http://www.men4rentnow.com is my least favorite. It is not easily navigable; one can only submit one review per month, and one's giving an escort those stars is slightly bogus to me, as any member can submit regardless of his having seen the escort or not!

Write your reviews for this site or for the http://www.maleescortreview.com. These two sites seem to be ones of integrity!

There are numerous threads about that horrid little site on here. In short, the devil disguises his dung as M4RN.

The more you pay, the more reviews you can delete each month. That screams legitimacy, doesn't it?

Review Policies

The fact that escorts can remove their star rating reviews on M4RN certainly does compromise its probity. But text reviews linked to the M4RN profiles are submitted to a separate site called Cruising for Escorts. Like Daddy's, they can be responded to, but not deleted. However, inconsiderate and unprofessional though a no-show is, I'm not sure it warrants a review.

Thanks for the info, guys. I didn't realize that there's essentially no legitimacy to m4rn's ratings system. Because it was a no-show situation, I just filled out the basic review as a warning for potential clients of this escort. However, I was unaware that it could be removed by the escort. As Mark mentioned, I didn't get the sense that a text review was warranted in a case like this. The no-show was an inconvenience, but, since I didn't ultimately see him, I couldn't comment much further.

You know, as much as I deplore the idea of allowing an escort to delete bad reviews there's a certain poetic justice in making it more expensive the more often they do it. They probably don't make it expensive enough to be a deterrent but, hey, it's a start! :p
