I guess when I saw the pic, some of the parts of the body looked out of proportion with the rest. If I remember correctly (as noted above, the ad is gone) the chest looked overly big compared with everything else. I, of course, did not look at it for that long so I may be totally wrong. Just seemed too good to be true.
