Even though I don't belong to Facebook, I know that they have a function where people can become your "friends", and apparently is it a very popular feature. Hooville's new format also allows this, but it doesn't seem to have taken off. From what I can tell, seeing who someone's friends are may tell you something about that person in terms of who he hangs out with, or it may tell you that certain people like that individual's posts.

In my case, my friends have lots of different views, so you can't tell what I think by just looking at who my "friends" are. I've always valued people because of their heart and not their views.

One thing I don't understand is getting friends requests from people whom I don't know or have never interacted with. These requests never come with a note explaining why they want to be friends, so I just ignore them.

One nice thing I like in the profile page now is the counter which tells you how many people have viewed your profile. I have just passed 1000 views. Just what are you guys looking for?:)
