Best Halloween costume

Sorry, but this is probably the funniest (and most borderline offensive) costume I've seen. I laughed for a good 2 or 3 minutes straight.

Halloween is still nine weeks away!.....but, ohhhh, adding something like car keys, a speeding ticket, and a road map of Malibu to the costume might be a little too soon:(
