Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig met a chorus of ringing cell phones during a recent performance, causing them to stop the show while folks did what they should have done at the start. It's all on video:

I say throw 'em into jail!

 

I thought the show was terrific. Excellent acting and very well-written. The 90 minutes flew by. You could have heard a pin drop in the theater the night I saw it, except for the moments of laughter and gasps from the audience.

 

It is a shame that some audience members chose to ignore the warnings before each performance and leave their cellphones on. It's rude, inconsiderate and selfish. I wish theaters would install a jamming device to prevent calls during the performances.

 

In NYC it's against the law and these obnoxious audience members should be arrested and fined heavily for their inconsideration.

I think they'd love to but that there are FCC prohibitions against such things.

You'd think at what Ticket Prices are these Days, That the so called "Theater Lovers" would not want to be disturbed during their Theatrical Experience!

 

I'm sure the Majority of the AUDIENCE and the Performers sure as Hell don't like it!
