How many of the regulars here and those who post infrequently think when they are writing their messages how many people around the world will be reading them.

 

We know that this site is very popular x hundred thousand hits per day and all and no doubt a fair percentage once done with the reviews etc will peruse the Lounge,Deli etc to see what goes on.

Now becase the number of people who post regularly isnt really that many and it seems to me anyway that you get to know people to a degree,where they are what they are like somewhat it becomes a much smaller enviroment than you think.

 

I'd be interested to think what others thoughts are on this..I sometimes wonder what people thousands of miles away think of some of the regulars on here.

Actually, Rush... the view counter tells us that the number of people who actually read the message center is typically in the order of hundreds, not thousands. I think the thousands of people who hit on this site per day are more interested in the review feature...

 

It is true that we have lurkers, and occasional visitors... and that we regulars are from many different backgrounds and all over the world...

 

But I fear we have far less impact on the thoughts of the world than you hint at. And for the most part, we are stuck with each other (not that that is such a bad thing). ;-)

Right.

 

And God forbid an escort try to get more people interested by mentioning this place in his newsletter. He'll be VILLIFIED. Just IMAGINE!
