Has anyone else had any experience using men4rentnow's "wanted ads"? You post that you are looking to hire, along with a basic description of the type person you want (age range, body type, ethnicity), and when you want the "date" and how much you are willing to spend. Then you sit back and wait for the guys to respond to you..

My experience with it here in phoenix is that the guys don't seem to read the physical characteristics of what you are looking for.. I have tried it a few times, and always get guys outside (WAY outside) the desired age or very different body types than what requested, etc..

I was wondering if anyone has had a GOOD luck with this newer feature or is it the same everywhere???

I hate the concept, but the execution is even worse. If you specify age range, ethnicity, etc., why does the site send a blast to every escort in your city? Why not only notify those who fit your criteria? As another escort mentioned in another thread, "I had to stop using them, because they were sending many e-mails every day telling me that a client was looking right now for a guy who was not my age or race and was willing to pay an amount that was not my rate in a city that I was going to visit a month from now."

Sorry this doesn't answer your question directly, other than to commiserate that the site sucks.

You can actually turn off the wanted list responses so they dont send emails. There's a couple other notifications you can turn off to that I cant think of but when they first started it, its on default. There's also a text message notification when a client responds to your ad.

But I dont agree with the concept either. I'm not inclined to chasing 'prospects', and by some of the posts...even less so. I've seen many offers for $50 for 2 hours and $500 for an hour which are both exaggerated. Not that it doesnt happen but still.

It probably does well for someone who is looking to bid instead of call up an escort and ask for a negotiation, but not all escorts are willing to negotiate. Unfortunetly the site does suck, but gets good exposure too.

I have not begun to engage the services of escorts in this manner, but if I were to do it, I would send the guy running if he were NOT what I desired. Maybe I would give him half his fee, or perhaps nothing!

If the guys who showed up were NOT as you had wanted, why did you proceed? I presume this based on how you wrote the thread!

It certainly is a bad feature from the Escort side, If it is also a bad feature from the client side, it needs to be dealt with quickly. I know a couple escorts that are having a good business from that site, if they fixed this feature I would consider using it again.

It is too expensive to be so badly designed.
