I understand that the US sepreme court recently knocked down a previous ruling concerning child porn regarding such that was created by any means that did not use an actual child in the creation of same.

 

At last there is some sense coming out of this august body although I would speculate that Ms Asscroft probably is catatonic at the news.

 

Now look out for Shrub to try and appoint the most conservitive judges immaginable to the court.

 

What a soap opera it would all make.
