Paying For It At the Baths

I've been meaning to post this for a while, and now that someone has raised a similar issue in another post, I'm finally getting around to it.

 

I've been going to bathhouses for the past 10-12 years or so (I missed out on the glory days-- sigh...) I've always heard murmuring about the fact that sometimes guys are there to hustle for cash, but I've never actually run across anyone doing it. Maybe I'm naive or not very observant, but I've never noticed it. I know that such activity would have to be somewhat inconspicuous since the management of the bathhouse doesn't want to know that any illegal activities are going on under their roof.

 

I've seen plenty of extremely hot guys that I'd be happy to pay for the experience of "being with." But obviously you can't just approach someone and offer them money unless you're willing to risk the possibility of bodily harm. Does anyone have any experience in this area they'd be willing to share?

 

I've considered posting some sort of message that "hints" at what I want on the chalkboards or bulletin boards ... but I'm not sure if that would fly.

It probably depends on the venue. Some places, a bathhouse is already stretching the edge of the envelope so management won't be very lenient. Other places, who knows?

 

In a bathhouse, though, most guys are there to get laid. Why pay for it when the guy in the next room is probably just as willing (and hot) for free?

 

I do know rentboys who hang out at the local bathhouses, but they're usually off the clock. Of course if you don't have a place, are visiting from out of town you could make your appointment at the baths. Cheaper than a hotel. When I lived in San Francisco there were also a couple of places with hot tubs. If I would have had a roommate, that would have been the perfect place to meet.
