I cannot get it to play. Comes up with an error:

Cannot play a media file

Any suggestions?

At first it wouldn't play for me. same error message.

I tried clicking on the same link as quoted in a different post and it worked. Go figure.

I can already hear all the techies laughing their collective ass off.

Song

I had no problem getting it to play. Maybe they've updated it since you tried?

Doesn't sound like her...but it's posted on the internet, so it MUST be true! Nice rendition nonetheless.

Re: Earlier Susan Boyle CD

Thank so much for posting this link. I found that refreshing the page brought the player up and I was just as wowed as I was when I heard her TV appearance. I'm forwarding this to a lot of friends. Nice article in the paper too.

Cry . . .

I actually find this really a more amazing performance. She really knows how to show the lyrics and not get caught up in the performance or show. Sometimes it takes getting your face in the public eye in the right situation to get noticed. Now you take this performance with the story and really a story that even Hollywood would buy.

"Cry me a River"

I cannot get it to play. Comes up with an error: Cannot play a media file

Any suggestions?

If the link NCM posted doesn't work for you, you can also 'listen it' on YouTube

This recording from 1999 was uploaded on YouTube on Thursday evening and has a few million visits already. The song she did on 'Britain's got talent' from Les Misérables has currently over 25 million hits on YouTube ... she sparks quite a bit of interest ... :)

OMG! I found this rendition even better than others I have heard from well-established singers. I turned up the volume and imagined a rainy, nostalgic night, a glass of red wine and a CD of old favorites redone by Ms. Boyle. I want mine ASAP!

Wow - Incredible

I agree with a couple of the other posters. This version of Cry Me A River is better than what she did on Britian's Got Talent. The quality of her pitch, the phrasing of the lyrics, and the passion and feeling she puts forth is worthy of someone who has had vocal training and been professionally coached for years. I'm stunned. Simply amazing!
