Palm OS 3.5 v 4.0

If there are any Palm users / reading I noticed that the M105 is on sale at 135.00 us. The only major difference I can find between this and the next level up is the OS. Does anybody have experience with either that you would share?

 

I would be using it for appointments, address/telephone book, memos, calendar features and if possible downloading web pages & my email to read off line. Not interested in going online with it at all.

My Palm M100 gets used regularly, but only for the address book, calendar, and occasional note-taking. The synchronization with Outlook (my keeper) is outstanding.

 

I have no interest in reading e-mail (or web pages, for that matter) on that little screen. And I *certainly* don't want to reply to e-mail on the Palm.

 

I used a Palm VII for a while and had a palm.net account, but their wireles network's coverage was spotty at the time, and I got tired of forwarding e-mail to my other account. :-(
