Escorts are welcome to promote themselves as long as they don't solicit in the club. Travelling escorts and strippers also welcome, as there is no need for a license in the suburbs. Type of dancers: all body types, ages, and races, especially on Monday, the "nude newbie" night. Description of Club: Located in the basement "stag room" of a straight strip club. Entry through side door under yellow awning, down a flight of stairs. The Lounge shares a floor (and public restrooms) with the VIP room for "Diamonds" the straight strip club, so you will see scantily clad ladies occasionally wandering by, but not by the dozen. You walk into a set of double doors, turn right past some dividers, and enter a decent sized room with high ceilings. The dancers change rooms are just to the right when you walk in, the VIP booths (8 of them) are along the back wall, there is a 3 level stage with a big screen (not currently active) on the left side, with a "pervert's row on one side, and the DJ table on the other. The middle section of the room is full of tables and chairs, as well as one dancer's box and a chain, which is where the guys do some of their shows. Off to the very left is an area with couches, and another chain and dancer's box, which is the other place dancers do their shows. The bar is located down the hall in the females VIP room, there is waiter service in the Lounge, but you are also welcome to buy it directly from the bar if it's more convenient and you want to stretch your legs. You usually pay cover charge to the waiter, who will collect it at your table. General Information: [note: website is down at the time of this post but normally the site is up and has continuous updates with photos through its "blog".] I'll describe the different nights: MONDAY is "Nude Newbie Night" which consists of an amateur contest at 10pm. Doors open at 9pm, sometimes the weekend dancers will show up and entertain, but not guaranteed. Cover is cheap on Monday, and so are the VIP dances (from the new dancers - weekend dancers who choose to work on Mondays can charge their usual $10 per song, still cheap). Monday is the most popular night at the time of this post, because anything can happen. Usually the contest lasts for up to an hour, depending on how many people are in it, and then there are follow-up shows by whoever wanders in. Duos and trios are known to happen. WEDNESDAY is Shemale night, check http://www.ladyplus.com for more info on this night FRIDAY/SATURDAY is male strippers. There is no official "no ladies" policy, but the Lounge is consciously trying to create a comfortable atmosphere for men who are used to being only in the company of other men when exploring the "strip club" side of his life. So ladies who attend must be accompanied by men, and must be well behaved (ie: no groups of screaming stagette girls). Ladies are totally welcome every Monday, without the need of male escorts. Type of action on weekends - dancers do a solo show on stage, 3 songs, then all 3 dance locations (stage and two chains/dancer's box) are used at once as the dancers go through two complete cycles dancing on the 3 locations. After that, the dancers do their fourth shows solo, on stage, and spontaneous duo, trio, and group shows happen. Live spankings have happened, anything can happen after the 3rd cycle of shows. The pattern is the boys strip hard from 9pm - 1130pm, then the shows get more sporadic and spontaneous as whoever's not in the VIP booth gets up on stage or on a box. VIP dances are $10 / song, public table dances are $5 and you get a free public table dance from the dancer of your choice with your cover charge. Free parking. The Lounge is still alive and kicking, and about to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We'll do it in traditional "Lounge-style", which is low-key, it's basically just another Saturday. Things have changed since the last posting - for one, we only operate once a week, every Saturday night. Amateur Mondays were our most popular night, until the summer, when they died a natural death. We are seriously considering re-introducing Mondays at some point in the New Year, because it seems to be a good winter diversion. So as for Saturdays, here is the pertinent information: $10 cover, $10 VIP Dances. Doors open at 830pm, shows start at 945pm We don't have any "scheduled" dancers, we have an open invitation to a rotating pool of "talent" that results in anywhere between 3 to 10 "nude boys" per week. The past four weeks we have been averaging 6 guys, and the momentum feels like that will be the norm for the winter. Our customers have learned that "you never know what will happen at the Lounge", with audience members and strays from the street ending up naked on stage. We are also a video company, in fact, that is the main reason we run the Lounge, because it provides a public space for us to audition boys and also gives the boys we work with a place to make some extra cash. We sell all of our DVD's at the Lounge, so don't hesitate to ask. (Our video company is at http://www.mayhemnorth.com) We have a big screen, which we always project video onto, video of the boys in the club, and other original videos that we produce (we will never play other people's videos, this is part of the unique environment at the Lounge) The kind of boys we hire are no-attitude boys, mostly suburban boys that don't want the committment of working for the larger downtown strip club. The clientele is more suburban types and tourists, we regularly get clients who fly in from the States just to visit the Lounge. There are a handful of cheap hotels near the club, so if you want to drink, you don't have to worry about driving. We also cater to the "closeted" market - the Lounge is in the basement of a straight strip club, so if you are in the closet, you have an alibi! And finally, we do not discriminate against ladies, so if you wish to come as a couple, provided the ladies are polite and will fit in to the "mostly male" atmosphere, by all means, bring your lady friends along. We particularly enjoy bisexual couples, and the guys are happy to do VIP dances for both members of a couple if requested.
