Flights to Montreal

I wonder if flights to Montreal will be discounted due to the terrorism scare in England.

 

Northwest Airlines is the only airline out of Detroit that flies DIRECT from Detroit to Montreal. In the past 2 years, I was able to fly "round trip" from Detroit to Montreal for only $329 DIRECT ...and that included ALL the taxes.

 

I got to depart Detroit in the early afternoon and arrive back from Montreal in the early evening.

 

Now the cheapest DIRECT flight from Detroit to Montreal is $414. Ouch!

 

It's cheaper by $10 if I return home on a Saturday, but what's the point of going to Montreal if you can't enjoy the weekend?

 

http://www.farecompare.com and http://www.kayak.com have some good info, but most of the flights listed have one or two layovers and un-Godly times to arrive and depart.

 

I hate flying and need DIRECT.
