Is Secrets still there?

Could someone in D.C. please let us know the current status of Secrets, Avenue O, and Wet? Are they still standing or has demolition started? Is anything happening?

The clubs at Half and O (Secrets/Ziegfeld's) are still in business, as are the clubs at Half and L (Wet/Edge/Nation).

 

The last news I heard was that Secrets/Ziefeld's could be evicted as early as Feb 1st. I don't know if that date has been pushed. Wet/Edge/Nation have been asked to leave by September 2006.

 

The latest legal news suggests that the clubs cannot move until a current DC law is amended to allow for that.
