SUNDAY NIGHT-MAGIC TOUCH PARTY IN NYC

A new party, hosted by Tommy G of Magic Touch Productions, is happening on Sunday evenings (TONIGHT) at a bar in the lower east side. The bar is called Girl's Room, which Monday-Saturday is a dyke bar. However, on Sundays it's not that! It's located at 210 Rivington Street, on the lower east side, between Ridge & Pitt (if you take the subway, take the F train to Delancy street, walk down the left side of Delancy toward the bridge until you come to Ridge Street--about 5 blocks--turn left onto Ridge and turn right on the next street which is Rivington. The bar is on the north (I think) or left side of the street, closer to Pitt as you're walking down it. There is no sign but it's the only bar on the street as there is a large apartment building...or the projects...directly across the street. Don't worry, the area is very safe. Look for the glass and wood front (think urban rustic)

 

Anyway...it's not a huge space but perfect for lap dances and has a bar with nice drinks and a DJ booth and big chairs and all that good stuff. There's a $5.00 cover charge (of course) for men 21 and older. For men between 18-20 AND ALL LADIES, the entrance fee is $10.00. There's a raffle for free porno from Big City Productions or another hot Latin movie company. The dancers start at 10:30pm and the strip contest begins at 12:30am with drink specials all night. Make sure you bring photo ID because you'll be asked for it as is the case for most gay clubs in NYC to keep from being closed by those quality of life republicans!

I was there last week and liked it a lot - nice space, pretty neighborhood, and reasonable drinks (not the $10 you pay at the Door Lounge).

 

Also, Tuesday nights at the Tool Box are quite hot.

Entrance fee for the Door Lounge is $5.00, and yes, the Tool Box ($5.00 there too) can be very hot, especially downstairs after the dancers are through! I'm not so sure about the pretty neighborhood though...well, it's pretty at midnight!

 

The drinks are cheaper than the Door Lounge but they are smaller and you have to drink from a plastic cup. I don't go for the drinks...I go for the dick!
