I know for a fact there are people who don't read instructions. They're commonly called "Men" by the females of the population. ;-)

I prefer to think of it as a plea, but use whatever word you like.

 

I can show you telephone logs from a tech support operation I consulted for that cut their calls in half just by using the heading that I used here (which you changed) in their documentation. It does tend to get people's attention.
