I very much agree......too many topics started, all about him and

his problems and his bitches. I agree, I don't have to read them

and I don't anymore.....just wish everyone else would ignore him.

Everyone has a right to have topics posted and give opinions but

Talitha Koum as Jesus allegedy said (Aramaic for "you go girl!"). I am not Jewish but it is generally spelt Kvetching (quwetchink will also do). There is also Kvelling (quwellink). I am sure you can sing the aria from Rigoletto, act one, "kvetcha - kvella". But like you I'm better at the first if not quite the master you seem to be. I come late to your threads but as may be too obvious in too short a time, I am all for self-assertion.

 

However, thunder buns seems like a nice guy, so do a Mitvah (mizfeh, auch) and turn the other cheek, or bun this time.

actually, al, kvetching & kvelling aren't synonyms.

kvetching is bitching & moaning, but kvelling is actually to sit & sing someone's praises. jewish mothers often kvell over their children. (to take extreme pleasure in the accomplishments--real or imaginary--of others.)

it comes from a german word which literally means to "gush" or to "swell".

I know. I must protect my credentials! I was just using a similar word to demonstrate the spelling. Kvelling is of course to sing praises. My little joke was on Questa o Quella (from Rigoletto, Kvetcha-Kvella), also by saying I was like you better at the first than at the second I was saying I understood the difference. But no matter, all I need to see is the word suicide in a header and I start posting here.

 

Now, Ethan, do you have a web site and are you 22? I looked you up on the search function and found reviews but no url. You can email me your site privately if you have one. Though I'm not near DC, I am curious.
