How long till a review gets published?

Hey there. Was just wondering how long it takes more or less for a review to get "published". I posted one a good couple of weeks ago for Sergo in NYC and I still haven't seen it. I thought perhaps it was a little too explicit? I noticed most reviews are on the tame side. Are there any "dos and don'ts" I'm not aware of regarding how explicit you can be?

Eternity used to be defined as the time between when you cum and when he cums. Now it is defined as the time between you submit a review and it gets posted.

 

I submitted one 3 months ago and I'm still waiting.
