Simplify in 2002

Typically I do not give much thought about the new year. Except for some celebration it's just the next day. As I grow old, errr not happy but considering the alternative I rather grow old :-) ) I find myself looking more in depth at my life and what I want to accomplish.

 

Since many people tend to use the New Year as a "fresh start" I decided I will try that approach too.

 

In reviewing the things that I want most nearly all seem traceable to one word, SIMPLIFY. I want many parts of my life to be less complicated. I want to get back to some basics.

 

Some of the changes I will attempt to make at the start of the year will be hard for me. A few that I'm comfortable sharing are;

 

-give up one of my two cell phones, Yes I do use both frequently however, I know I can survive with just one.

 

-not be so glued to my computers, I wish I could blame it on work, I can't. I spend too much time on the notebook then all night on the desktop :-(

 

-organize my finances, I have no idea what my balances are in any account! Pretty sad for a guy my age.

 

-tighten my budget from stop eating out so often to not hiring as many escorts as I have in the past, Maybe sticking with one or two instead would be best.

 

And as a single gay man I eat nearly every meal out from fast food to some really expensive stuff :-) Do you guys (who are also single) ever cook for yourself? What sort of things do you make? I guess it would be healthier to do your own cooking aside from the financial savings.

 

I Hope that 2002 Will Be The Greatest Year of Your Life till 2003 :-)
