Why do the READ NEW and MARK tabs work on occasion?

There are time, when they are non-functional!

Are you sure you are logged in? There have been times I "thought" I was logged in and those tabs didn't work. Turns out my connection to M4M had timed out and I needed to log in again.

 

This may also be corrected by clearing your cache and temporary internet files.
