Bug in indexing of forums

When someone makes an entry to the FAQ part of a forum, the index on the forum list is updated with the date and time of the FAQ entry fixed on the first entry on the non-FAQ part of the forum. Thus on the south of the border forum, the FAQ date stamp is placed on Tri's posting about New Year in Rio while the FAQ entry is about staying at a hotel in Sao Paolo. Confusing! Not a serious "fix it right away" problem, just an irritating one.
