The HTML References have stopped working

A blank window appears whenever I click on the HTML Reference. I get an error message, followed by "operation aborted" when I refresh the screen. I find this feature to be especially helpful. Please add it to your "to do" list. Thanks in advance. :-)

Is this a one-time problem, a "2 out of 3 times" problem, or something more persistent?

It works for me too But I notice that is slow to come up, almost 10-15 seconds on my part.
