Why the Change in the Review Section?

Why do the reviews open in a new window all of a sudden instead of the frame on the right as they always did before? Never had this happen before today, but old reviews do it now also. What's the point of using frames if the reviews don't open in the frame?

It was like this for me yesterday (W, eve), but today (Th, eve) it is back to normal.
