Emails that take over the screen !

Do you know how to delete an email that when clicked ---takes over the entire screen. It has a close window button that doesn't work and the computer has to be re-booted to get the screen back to normal.

Press and hold the ALT button and then press the F4 button while still pressing the ALT.

Seen them, hated them...Here's what to try....<Alt>-Tab will switch you do another window and perhaps allow you deal with it...<Ctrl><Alt><Delete> (The famous 3 finger salute) to bring up the task manager and kill you mail client.
