Quebec City hustlers

I know that hustlers used to be found on Rue D'Aiguillon, which parallels one block north (downhill) Rue Saint-Jean, a major street. But last time I checked was five years ago. Can anyone update my information?

To answer my own question: I was just there. They were still some there, mostly in the area of Eglise St. Jean Baptiste, the very large church on the street.
