Philaelphia and Providence

Some time ago, there was a post regarding some streets in Philadelphia which had husters on them. I would appreciate someone who has knowledge of this to let me know. Also, any bars would be helpful. I will also be in Providence RI for a few days. Anything worth checking out there?

Rumor is that Philly has hustlers around the area of Walnut Street, between 12th and 20th Streets, not far from 12th Air Command, Woody's, the Post. Can't confirm.
