Hustlers in the Bronx

According to http://www.cruisingforsex.com, there are black/latin hustlers to be found on Southern Blvd, around 188-191st Streets. Does anyone know if this is true, or if there's any other place in the Bronx I should be looking? (White Plains Rd, Gun Hill, Webter Av, Westchester Av?)

late at night the side streets around the parks next to Yankee Stadium are teeming with street trade. I usually always take them back home or do them in the car. You could also use the bushes in the park; there is a somewhat wooded area which is always busy, but I've never felt comfortable there.
