Hey guys, I had great luck at Patterson Park in Baltimore about 5 years ago. Some really great street hustlers, and I didnt run into drugs at all. Does anyone know if the park is still alive? or another hustler area in baltimore/dc?

There is still street action in both Patterson Park on the East Side and Wilkins Avenue on the West Side. The Meat Rack downtown around the Washington Monument is also still active, but the drug scene has invaded the area and taken its toll.

Does anyone know if there are any bars in the Baltimore area where hustlers might be hanging out?
