Thailand---rooms by the hour?

Thinking of going back to Bangkok and other spots but this time with a friend so we will be sharing a room in a good hotel. Hence I will need a spot to take a guy too....my favourite bar is the Tanawa Muscle Bar. Does anyone know some safe clean places, not too expensive either, where one can entertain for an hour or two, near by? Also what about Phuket.

They are everywhere. 200 - 400 baht ($5 - $10) for a two or three hour "rest". Don't worry, your boy will know will they are.
