Could someone tell me how to get to this neighborhood? Is it near a subway or skytrain stop?

There is a station on the Skytrain that goes to Saphan Kwai (the station bears that name). Most of the bars are on sois off of Pradiphat Road. You walk south from the station on Pahonyothin Road (about 5 minutes, as I recall) and take a right onto Pradiphat. http://www.dreadedned.com has a map showing the locations of the gay bars.
