I've been to Seoul several times but haven't ventured and hit the town. From my travels, Tokyo seems more heterogenous than Seoul because of European and American expats. Plus Roppongi on Friday and Saturday nights is full of cute 18 year-old American servicemen who are abroad for the first time. I suppose you can find a similar place in Seoul.
