I have been offered a 'too good to be true' rate for this hotel. Will be arriving at the end of January. Before I take up the offer I would like any information anyone can give me as regards taking back a 'friend'. Thanks

If the rate is that good, there should be no problem unless your "friend" is unaccompanied, in which case the hotel may want to check his ID (to limit thieves), or you plan to have him stay overnight, since at that end of the spectrum hotels charge by the person as well as by the room.
