Hey there fellows,

 

I am going back to Buenos Aires in a few weeks. Anyone have any escort recommendations from personal experience? I gravitate toward smooth guys who are versatile (I do not bottom).

 

I was there a few times last year and did not really have the best of luck. I tried many guys, but it seems like most of the guys on Soy Tuyo are not very interactive, and I would guess are more "gay for pay". I had two pretty mediocre experiences last trip, the boys looked great, but they were not very focused.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, I appreciate it. I have read your enthusiastic recommendations of Esteban Leon as well as other bits here and there. Unfortunately, I am not a bottom, and while I am sure he is a heck of a guy, he is just not what I personally look for in an escort.

I just got back from Buenos Aires (03/05/09) and had a great time.

Hired Gustavo from 2Portenios.com as a concierge/guide and can recommend him highly.

 

He put together a 7 hour walking/taxi tour of the city that was fun and very informative about the history, etc. of all the different neighborhoods.

 

I was traveling with a friend and didn't hook up with anybody but I'm

Thank you very much for your suggestions Cash. I have been to BAires many times, and I am not in need of a guide, and if I were I am very loyal to our friend Roberto, a true gentleman who really looks out for people.

 

My original questions was about escorts, and the reason why I asked it is that while there are many good looking fellows listed on Soy Tuyo and Ratonesonline, the quality of the experiences varies greatly.

 

Often, I feel there is a bit of misrepresentation going on from both escorts and gay guides in BAires. The pictures and the adds look and sound great, but there is often disappointment. Axiom's suggested escort Esteban Leon is one of the very few guys that happens to be consistently well reported on of any of the web sites that I have visited.

 

As far as guides, I have both read and experienced first hand some less than ideal experiences from guides in my early visits to BAires (including 2Portenios).

 

I think it is very easy for us to put ourselves in the hands of a guide and think that they will be objective and looking out for us. Often, however, there are all kinds of connections and deals going on underneath it all, and this is common to any of the places that I have visited around the globe.

 

I have not visited with all of the guys on Soy Tuyo and Ratonesonline...,(boy, would that keep one busy) :-) so to cover more ground I thought I would put out my question. Anyone else care to add their two cents?

It is unfortunate that a few of the guys who have previously responded to this thread have had negative experiences with some of the guys who advertise at http://www.soytuyo.com. Fortunately, I have had almost POSITIVE results. Ivo is great (although he does not bottom), and the guy who advertises as a soccer guy and (unfortunately whose name I've forgotten)is versatile and good at what he does and what his client wants. I had a wonderful time with him in 2005 or 2006.

 

If a guide makes the connection for you-- just ask him to state specifically what you desire in terms of the session as well as the acceptable fee, and go from there.

 

Roberto made one connection for me; the escort was above satisfactory; Marcelo made one connection for me (with the same guy twice), and I was pleased. When I made two appointments all by myself, both guys turned out to be duds, one being Reynaldo (sp) from http://www.soytuyo.com.

 

For him--my guide (Jorge aka Chorch) made the connection for me; the escort did not show up at the appointed time. The next night when I saw him after contacting him, he turned out to be a disaster. I was indeed disappointed and let down and had wanted to write a review so that he would NOT have any clients from this site. Well, I didn't and would definitely NOT recommend him to anyone.

It is quite a dynamic escort scene in BA. Names change, guys use different names on different sites, guys go away, guys come back. I have hired for the last 5-6 trips and it is always different. Some of the best guys are no longer listed, and many of the not so good guys too...some guys are sweet, some are scam artists...

The guy's name was Nacho Rugsbier or just the latter at the site. As of today he doesn't have an ad at www/soytuyo.com, and I didn't check http://www.sensualbaires.com. He might be in Europe as he's been previously for long stints, and the guy who is definitely a "NO, NO," men is Ronaldho, a beautifully brown guy from the Carribean who sports a huge endowment but is a "dud" when it comes to pleasing clients. He did ABSOLUTELY nothing for me.
