Sorry to be dense, but what is the symbol that almost looks like an 8 after some poster's names?

I believe it indicates the administrative status of the posters...if it has an 8 symbol means the posts are not moderated, the darker ones are for the moderators and the yellow ones are for Hooboy and Daddy.

Actually, Hooboy and the moderators personally inspect the posters to confirm they are at least 8" before they assign them that symbol.
