Barry: Yes, I always ask him his work schedule directly. He always tells me. He knows "Mark = tips". And he is just a very friendly, nice kid too. He talks to me a lot, about all kinds of things. Well, in Moscow some of the upscale hotels have the most REMARKABLE doormen, bellhops, concierges, and security guards imaginable.

 

The doormen and security guards are generally tall, broad-shouldered, dark-haired, and over 25. I find being very nice (and slipping a few bucks here and there) helps get my escorts in and out without any hassle.

 

Now the bellboys are more twink-type: usually young, slim, cut, boyish and sexy as all get out in those uniforms. Your chances there are when they bring the baggage to the room and you hand the guy $5.00 - he remembers you! Where to go from there is a bit dicey as they have odd schedules and are carefully "monitored" by hotel administrative staff.
