"Dec weather in Rio"

December in the Southern Hemisphere is June in the North. Think of June in Miami or New Orleans and you'll be close to the mark. Although it's been unseasonably rainy and cooler than usual so far. I'm sure George Bush has some thoughts on the weather situation!
