From my take on this-- I would guess that the abundant of agencies are located in Sao Paulo. RIo has Apollus and the many saunas. To get hold of Apollus' guys who are in RIo, one has to dial a number in SP to make arrangements. (...rates are $80 US for ninety minutes...)
